In our phone consultation, we’ll discuss times available for your first sugaring session, preparation, and expectations, as well as address any concerns you may have. 🙏🏾IF THIS STEP IS NOT FOLLOWED AND YOU’VE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED, IMMEDIATELY. ⭐️It is imperative that you have a phone consultation set up. ⭐️ There is no guarantee that new clients will get a same day (or same week) appointment after the consultation. ⭐️ The consultation will allow both, you & I, to see if we’re a great match moving forward. ⭐️ If we’re not a good match for any reason (i.e. scheduling, attitude, health issues, attitude (bad vibes), etc.), you will not receive an invite to proceed with booking an appointment. ⭐️ Bringing in good energy matters the most when choosing who will be apart of the Sugar Baby Clique. *Also, I personally thrive in a positive, peaceful work environment. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. You can cancel or rebook up to 24 hours before your appointment. After 24 hours, you will be charged the entire fee of the appointment.
There is a 6min grace period. If you are more than 6min late to your appointment, there will be two options that depends on if I have the time on my schedule to complete your service(s) & does not go over into another client’s dedicated time:
1. You will be charged a $15 late fee
*Please understand that because of your tardiness, and depending on the type of service, I may not be able to complete the service at the quality of what the standard length of time allows.
A quality services takes time, care + attention.
I take pride in my work, so please be on time.
2. Your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the 50% non-refundable & non-transferable cancellation fee.
*This fee is 50% of the total of services for your scheduled appointment.
NO SHOW = BANNED from online booking for 30 days and you will be charged the 100% cancellation fee.
A $77 non-refundable & non-transferable deposit must be paid immediately upon booking new appointment. Select “Returning Client Deposit” from the service menu.
🩸YOU CAN GET SUGARED WHILE MENSTRUATING: Last minute cancellations due to getting your period are included in the cancellation policy. You will be charged a 100% fee done within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment.
*Cancellation fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 24-48hrs before your scheduled appointment.
I do not & will not accept excuses regarding YOU not receiving the appointment reminders.
